Hotello Rezydent was founded in 1996 in one of the quietest parts of Wroc³aw downtown, between the residential quarter of the town (Zalesie) and picturesque "Szczytnicki" Park. This particular location provides an opportunity to take a rest among the trees, far from the city noise. Hotello Rezydent is placed nearby the road No 8 (Warsaw-Kudowa Zdrój) that guarantees a fast connection to the obcject and to the centre of the town.
